Thank you for refunding the amount for the defective disposal. I have just received the DHL invoice for shipping, which I will copy and mail to you for my refund. I just wanted to let you know that I received the Waste King Gourmet Disposer as promised. Installation was a breeze and took a minor modification to the length of the disposer exit pipe. It works great and is very quiet, compared to a twenty year Insinkerator that was failing badly.
